DIT announced "The First 100 Playbook" on Wednesday 24 February 2021 at the Royal Society of Medicine.
Dr Mike Short, Chief Scientific Advisor for DIT, comments:

UK Companies are at the heart of technologies that offer accessible, affordable and sustainable care. We are promoting British Innovators in Digital Health who are ready to go global and link it with that ever expanding worldwide opportunity!"
The Playbook's featured 100 companies went through a rigourous selection process based on a range of criteria, such as:
- How committed they are to international expansion
- The uniqueness of their innovation
- Their record of collaborative experiences
- Responsiveness.
The companies will be regularly reviewed and the new Playbook list published twice a year.
About the companies
KiActiv, founded by Tommy Parker, is a digital behaviour change programme that's making physical activity accessible and an effective medicine for all. They joined SimDH's cohort in late 2020.
Cievert, founded by Christopher Kennelly, initially concentrated on technology for the oncology discipline, and now have a range of solutions addressing multiple clinical areas. They joined the SimDH programme in August 2019.
