Dr Mike Short, Chief Scientific Advisor for DIT, comments:

"We are launching today, the First 100 companies in #AI in healthcare ... Digital Health is rightly unlocking challenges facing global healthcare. UK Companies are at the heart of technologies that offer accessible, affordable and sustainable care. We are promoting British Innovators in Digital Health who are ready to go global and link it with that ever expanding worldwide opportunity!"

The Playbook's featured 100 companies went through a rigourous selection process based on a range of criteria, such as:

  • How committed they are to international expansion
  • The uniqueness of their innovation
  • Their record of collaborative experiences
  • Responsiveness.

The companies will be regularly reviewed and the new Playbook list published twice a year.
